| Each of our 11 units are decorated in an animal or mountain theme
and has its own unique look and feel. |

| Housekeeping cabins and cottages are equipped with full kitchens
that offer refrigerators, microwaves, stoves and ovens (except #10).
Units #3 & 8 are studio units with kitchenettes that have small
refrigerators, microwaves, and stoves and sinks. Unit #4 is a sleeping
unit and does not have a kitchenette. Each unit comes with dishes,
pots and pans, utensils, toaster, coffee maker, fan, and televisions
with limited channels. We also have VCR’s and lots of great
movies upon request. There are no telephones in the units. Each unit
has its own BBQ, picnic table and lawn chairs. We do not offer maid
service except for stays of seven nights or longer. Fresh towels and
pet towels are available upon request. |

| Guests are invited to reserve the secluded outdoor Jacuzzi in its
own garden area so that they can enjoy their own time without being
interrupted by other guests. |

| Please see our site map for a layout of the property and the units. The Caboose #1 is a stand-alone home located next to the office and game room. Units #2-9 are cottages that are connected to each other and are located in an “L” shape facing the courtyard and the river. Cabin #10 is a stand-alone cabin with knotty pine walls throughout and is very comfortable for smaller families. The cabin faces the river and has its own patio area. | |
