Rules and Regulations
   
 
  • Quiet Time: is before 8:00am and after 10pm. Please respect other quests.
  • Game Room: opens at 9am and closes at 10pm
  • Jacuzzi Rules: Hours are 8am to 10pm. No children under 18 unattended. A maximum of four people in Jacuzzi at one time. Please rinse off before entering Jacuzzi. Swimsuits must be worn-No street clothes. No glass allowed. Please bring your own Jacuzzi towels and don't take towels from units. We have towels if you forget your own. Pets not allowed in Jacuzzi area.
  • Limited Parking: We have very limited parking space. There will be a $5 per day charge for more than one car, trailers, or any other type of vehicle that takes a parking space. No Motorhomes.
  • Day Guests: We are limited by our water and septic as to the number of guests the resort can accommodate. Guests not staying at the resort must register at the office and pay $5 per day per guest. Please make these arrangements before you arrive.
  • Play Area: This is for small children. No one over 100 lbs. allowed on play structure. No glass allowed. No pets allowed in fenced enclosure.
  • Cleaning Fish: Please don't throw fish remains in river. Place them in a bag and place in dumpster.
  • Wildlife: Please do not feed the wildlife. This could be extremely dangerous to yourself and the animal.
  • Kitchens: Must be left as you found it or a 10% cleaning fee will be billed to your credit card. Please wash all dishes and put them where you found them. Throw trash in dumpster behind unit #9. Please don't take dishes from your units down to the patio area. If you don't have paper cups or dishes please ask office. If your group is occupying more than one unit please be sure all dishes are returned to their proper unit.
